Refund Policy

🔄 No Refund on Opened or Used Products
- Opened, used, or tampered bottles
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned after more than 7 days of delivery
✅ Refund Eligibility (Accepted Only in These Cases)
- Wrong Product Received
- Damaged Package Received (with photo proof at delivery)
- Package Lost in Transit
- Order Cancelled Before Dispatch (for prepaid orders only)
📸 You must share clear unboxing video or photo as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
🕒 Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (PhonePe, UPI, etc.)
- For COD orders, refund will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation
🚫 No Refund Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Delay due to courier beyond our control
- Address issues or incomplete address provided
- Customer unavailability for delivery
